JAMS & FRUIT PRESERVES
Our jams begin with a journey of just a few steps—from the orchard to the jar. Thick fruit pulp, a squeeze of lemon and just a hint of sugar are all it takes.
BAKED GOODS
Made with our stone-ground organic flours, our sweet and savoury baked goods celebrate the honest flavour of the wheat grown in our fields.
PASTA
Our pasta is made from durum wheat grown on our farm and stone-ground into semi-wholemeal flour. Bronze-drawn and naturally textured, it is crafted to hold sauces beautifully while preserving the full flavour of organic grain.
APPLE BUTTER
Apples from our orchards and fifteen hours of slow cooking. Nothing more is needed to transform this humble fruit into a rich, velvety spread with notes of natural caramel.
APPLE JUICE
Our 2-litre Bag-in-Box apple juice is made exclusively from organically grown apples harvested on our farm.
