Today, our 60-hectare organic estate provides the backdrop for weddings that seek substance over appearance. Our kitchen follows the land, not a catalog. We process our harvest directly in the farm’s workshop to bring the authentic flavor of the Polesine to your table. The same honesty fills your glass. We serve what we grow: organic reds, whites, and rosés selected to match the season and the pulse of your party. Pure energy from our vineyards to your toasts.

EARLY RITUALS
Fresh “Polesano Spritz” for an afternoon reception or a traditional dinner for family and friends the night before. We provide the space and the organic harvest to bridge the wait and turn it into a celebration.
THE NIGHT PARTY
As darkness falls, the Granary Hall becomes the stage for music and dancing until 2 a.m. We shape the night with professional lighting and keep the energy alive with an open bar and a sweet and savory late-night buffet.
