We produce our artisan fruit jams using ripe fruits from our organic farm that we pick up in the fields and then we directly work in the kitchen a few metres away.
In order not to spoil fresh fruits from its taste, sweetness and sensory
characteristics we have choose to use a low temperature process in doing
preserves. This method allows us only to add few and genuine ingredients,
respecting the real flavour of fresh fruit and preserving its natural colors.
The Extra Line belong those jams with a very high percentage of fresh fruit, and only sugar and lemon juice as further additions.
The Gourmet Line belong those confits and preserves with more particular recipes, that make them be perfect when tasted together with cheese.
